Digital euro pilot — Onboarding overview
Short (29 lines) overview of how a pilot PSP onboards to DESP testing/production. Two steps: reference data set-up (validated by the participating ncb) and connectivity (PSP sources a provider, connects, runs an initial connectivity test in both environments). Excludes DCA setup and other pre-operational activities — those are covered elsewhere (detailed onboarding info comes later, during the pilot development phase).
